Looking to schedule your first dental cleaning with us? New patients can select an available time below to reserve the time for their first dental cleaning appointment with us.* Also, please fill out our new patient registration forms on your mobile or desktop computer by clicking the button below. Completing these forms beforehand will ensure you are seen as soon as possible upon your arrival at our office for your dental appointment.

*New patient appointments typically include a comprehensive dental exam, x-rays, and a professional teeth cleaning.

We will need any insurance cards that apply to you or your family when you come in. As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule you for another date and time. We request that our patients call our office at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled time to cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are considered Broken Appointments and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Details are available upon request.
